Runswell has light brown fur and red hair. He wears a dark blue suit with a red and yellow mayoral sash.
Personality[]
He acts somewhat like Scaredy, usually in the way he freaks out when he hears the word "danger". Mayor Runswell is not very smart and does not do his job very well. He tends not to care much if Balsa City is in danger.

- His name might be a pun of runs and well, referencing how a mayor is supposed to run a town well.
- Runswell's habit of panicking and running around when he thinks he's in danger may be a reference to how real life deer are easily startled.
